The model is simple: one mining company leases the entire property and operates with privacy. Offices, residences, shared areas and pool sit under one contract, with usage rules, nominated personnel and an accountable local operator.

Private reception and offices

The reception building can function as a coordination base, meeting space and team administration point during the contract.

Eleven private residences

Equipped residences with kitchen, terrace and private bathroom per unit, available only to the nominated personnel of the tenant company.

Exclusive shared areas

Pool, poolside lounge and barbecue areas are part of the private base, without mixing with other clients.

Strategic location

5 km from Caldera, with access to Desierto de Atacama Airport, the port and routes to target mining sites. Operational validation is project-specific before scope is set.

Playa Blanca is not leased in parts. The commercial conversation always starts with the full property: 11 residences, reception/offices, shared areas and pool for one mining company only. The annual contract is the preferred term; the six-month contract is the commercial minimum and the multi-year framework agreement covers corporate continuity.

How is billing handled and under what terms?

Invoicing and PO are under commercial onboarding and document review; invoicing frequency is defined in the contract.

Is this a camp?

No. It is a low-density private property: offices, equipped residences and shared areas. It does not replace a mass camp; it is a private executive base coordinated by contract.

What is included and what can be enabled?

Exclusive use of the full property is included: equipped residences, reception building enabled as offices, shared areas, pool, parking and internet. Mini-restaurant, sauna, laundry and reinforced housekeeping are quoted under contract, with applicable activation terms.

Can you host nominated personnel and document usage rules?

Yes. We work with nominated-personnel registration, documented usage rules and a named local operations manager.

What availability and minimums apply?

Playa Blanca is leased as a complete and exclusive property, not by unit. The commercial minimum is the whole property under a six-month contract; the preferred term is annual. The six-month rate depends on the calendar period and is quoted on request in a formal proposal.

How far are the mining sites?

Distance is not published as a single standard: Playa Blanca is deliberately separated from the mine site for low-elevation rest. Routes, access conditions and travel times are validated by project before logistics or SLA are committed.
