The full property
The model is simple: one mining company leases the entire property and operates with privacy. Offices, residences, shared areas and pool sit under one contract, with usage rules, nominated personnel and an accountable local operator.
The reception building can function as a coordination base, meeting space and team administration point during the contract.
Equipped residences with kitchen, terrace and private bathroom per unit, available only to the nominated personnel of the tenant company.
Pool, poolside lounge and barbecue areas are part of the private base, without mixing with other clients.
5 km from Caldera, with access to Desierto de Atacama Airport, the port and routes to target mining sites. Operational validation is project-specific before scope is set.

Playa Blanca is not leased in parts. The commercial conversation always starts with the full property: 11 residences, reception/offices, shared areas and pool for one mining company only. The annual contract is the preferred term; the six-month contract is the commercial minimum and the multi-year framework agreement covers corporate continuity.
